Vintage Pressworks (a.k.a. Foils and Dies) is a fine letterpress printer that has served the design community for over 20 years. Just a stone’s throw from the art galleries on Santa Fe, Vintage Pressworks is more studio than press room. As you enter, you’re greeted by a warm interior that merges the industrial design of the building with contemporary finishes, paralleling the work within. The vintage pressroom showcases owner Rob Barnes's collection of antique presses against a backdrop of brick walls and ephemera evoking the late 19th century. His unique collection includes a rare wood common press, circa 1770, and a Columbian press, circa 1864. The main pressroom features a clean industrial space for the printing presses used today.
